Founder Director of UK charity East West Organization which was set up in 1991 to offer a choice of holistic interventions for the prevention, treatment, and recovery from addictions. East West Kids Connect was established later in 1995 to provide a range of preventative education services, which benefit the mental health, and well-being of children, young people and families through training in meditation and mindfulness techniques. The practical sessions help to manage distractions, behaviour and relapsing conditions, such as stress, anxiety, anger, low self -esteem, addictions and depression.
